SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE

McKay joined NAI Earle Furman in 2023 as an Associate within the Appian Investments team. He is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions and development opportunities, performing due diligence, supporting asset management initiatives, and preparing fund-level reporting. He also assists with contract negotiation and transaction execution to support the growth of the Appian platform.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

McKay holds a B.A. in Finance from Wofford College and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, McKay worked as a Development Associate for a national developer and played key roles in underwriting development deals, due diligence, and land acquisition.
