SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE
Jon has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NAI Earle Furman leading all 7 offices across the Carolinas. Jon is responsible for the strategic implementation of NAI Earle Furman’s goals and the advancement of its mission. Jon has led the firm through multiple mergers and acquisitions of other commercial brokerage firms in the Southeast. Jon is a Co-Founder of Appian Investments and Primis Investments and serves on the Investment Committees for those Private Equity Funds. He has extensive experience in industrial sales and leasing, development and investment sales. Jon has completed more than $750 million in transactions over the last decade and brings a deep understanding of the Southeastern real estate market.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Jon is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) which is a global network of young chief executives with approximately 24,000 members in more than 130 countries. Jon is also active in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Jon serves as the Secretary and Member of the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Greenville, which oversees a portfolio of over $100 million dollars of equity investments.
