Appian invested as an LP in the acquisition of China Grove Self Storage, alongside Atlanta based Corner Storage (GP). The property is located just off I-85 in China Grove, north of Charlotte, within a high-growth corridor surrounded by new single-family, townhome, and multifamily developments.
